Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, all returns must be pre-approved by our staff.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. On returns for items that are not damaged or defective the buyer may be responsible for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee may be assessed.

Damaged or Defective Items:
When initiating a claim for damaged or defective items, please provide photos of the damaged item, and the packaging it was shipped in. From these photos we will determine whether refund or replacement is appropriate, and whether a return is required.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your photos or the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received them. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.
